These pages contain the birth of our new Voyage 430 Norseman catamaran, Shearwater II, as she leaves her molds in Cape Town, takes form and is assembled, and starts her trip across the South Atlantic to her Winter 2000/2001 cruising grounds in the Caribbean. Our layout will resemble the drawing below. We have chosen to eliminate the sea berth on the starboard side and make this area into storage and space for a washer and dryer.
