Tobago is south and west of Barbados. We left about 9am on December 21 and arrived just as the sun was rising the next morning. We deliberately slowed down overnight in order to arrive in the daylight. Even with good charts it's difficult to pick out points of land. We found that lights indicated on our charts were not necessarily working. In other words don't count on the lights for navigation.
